In "SCRUPUS", an avant-garde exploration at the interface of dance, film and architecture, the protagonists find themselves in the middle of an immersive, disorientating world. The protagonist's journey through this interdisciplinary experiment becomes a captivating odyssey in which the boundaries between the imaginary and the real become blurred. Through choreographic studies that emphasize isolated movements and rotations, the emotionally distanced protagonists are in dialogue with urban environments. The transformative role of film creates a visual puzzle that questions conventional boundaries and perceptions through illusions of weightlessness. Without relying on a conventional script or verbal interaction, the short film appears as a fragmentary sequence of poses of individuals in different contexts - a visual metaphor that also conceals a possible understanding of the concept as a synthesis of the human condition, especially loneliness, disorientation and isolation.
